• No dangerous challenges or reckless behavior intended to injure.
• No instructions for illegal or harmful activities.

3 Be Authentic

• Be honest about who you are and what you post.
• No impersonation of other users, creators, or staff.
• No fake accounts used to mislead or manipulate.
• No deceptive or heavily misleading content.
• Sponsored or promotional content should be clearly disclosed.

4 Marketplace Integrity

• Buying and selling on JACE must be fair and honest.
• Only sell items you own or are authorized to sell.
• Accurately describe items (condition, authenticity, pricing, defects).
• No counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods.
• No bait-and-switch listings or misleading photos.
• Honor accepted offers and completed transactions.
• Listings or behavior intended to deceive buyers or sellers will result in removal or bans.

5 No Scams or Fraud

• Any attempt to exploit users is strictly prohibited.
• Fake listings or non-delivery of items.
• Phishing or attempts to collect sensitive information.
• Asking users to complete payments outside the platform.
• Chargeback abuse or payment manipulation.
• Fake giveaways or misleading promotions.
• If it’s intended to trick, exploit, or steal—it’s not allowed.

6 Safe Transactions

• Help keep the marketplace secure.
• Keep transactions within the platform whenever possible.
• Do not pressure others into off-platform deals.
• Follow through on shipping, payment, and communication.
• Respect agreed timelines and terms.
• Failure to complete transactions in good faith may result in account action.

7 Respect Privacy

• Protect your own and others’ personal information.
• Do not share private or sensitive information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.).
• No doxxing, stalking, or tracking users.
• Do not use information obtained on JACE for harassment or exploitation.

8 No Spam

• Keep interactions genuine.
• No spam, repetitive, or irrelevant content.
• No fake engagement (likes, followers, comments, or offers).
• No mass messaging or unsolicited promotions.
• Do not manipulate platform systems (feeds, offers, reports).

9 Content Standards

• Keep content appropriate for a broad audience.
• No explicit sexual content or pornography.
• No graphic or disturbing imagery.
• Limited suggestive content may be removed at our discretion.
• Avoid excessive gore, shock content, or disturbing themes.
• We may remove content that crosses the line, even if it’s not explicitly listed.

• All platform tools should be used in good faith.
• Reporting is for real violations only (false reporting may lead to penalties).
